Solutions to fit your needs.

Configuration and connectivity, handled together

MDM profiles built to your specification — locked-down single purpose or multi-app, with the training material loaded before the device leaves the depot.

SIM and eSIM data pooled across the project so a heavy site does not create an overage on a light one.

One accountable layer, one place to look

Whichever route you take, the same team owns provisioning, shipping, connectivity and returns.

Life Sciences

Clinical trials and decentralized studies: tablets at sites, smartphones for subjects, BYOD backup, and the applications your protocol runs on — eConsent, eCOA, connected health apps, EDC or a web link.

THE PROBLEM

Device logistics sits on the critical path to first participant in (FPI), but it is rarely anyone’s full-time job. Configuration drifts between batches, a customs hold strands a country, and buffer devices bought for a forecast sit idle in a warehouse and on your balance sheet.

TYPICAL USERS

Sponsors, CROs and digital health technology providers. Study start-up, clinical operations and vendor management.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— Devices procured in-country and provisioned and configured by project
— MDM lock-down to only the apps and functions the protocol allows
— Distribution to sites or direct to participants, with returns and reconciliation
— Pooled SIM and eSIM connectivity so data reaches your EDC from anywhere
— Client Portal visibility by country, site and serialized device

Ready when your site initiation visits are.

Energy & Utilities

Crews in vehicles or at substations, wells, pipelines and wind sites working with locked-down devices where there is no reliable Wi-Fi and no local IT desk.

THE PROBLEM

Devices are issued per crew and per work order, used in rough conditions, and expected to keep reporting from places with no network of their own. Replacement cycles and connectivity gaps become downtime.

TYPICAL USERS

Field operations and maintenance crews, HSE and compliance, asset management.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— Ruggedized handset and tablet provisioning to a single configuration
— Kiosk-mode lock-down to the work management or inspection app
— Multi-carrier SIM and eSIM coverage at remote sites
— Depot-based replacement and RMA turnaround
— Serial-level tracking of what is issued, where, to whom

Worth a conversation before your crew heads out on the next job.

Government Field Operations

Enumerators, poll workers and inspection teams issued devices for a fixed operational window, then returned, wiped and accounted for.

THE PROBLEM

A national count or election needs thousands of devices for weeks, not years. Every unit must be secured, tracked and recovered with a clean chain of custody.

TYPICAL USERS

Census enumeration, election administration, household and agricultural surveys, public inspection programs.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— Fleet sized to the operational window, invoiced only while active
— Lock-down to approved apps with remote wipe on loss
— Connectivity pooled across regions, including low-coverage areas
— Staged distribution and recovery through the depot network
— Chain-of-custody and asset reporting through the Client Portal

Suited to operations with a fixed start, a hard deadline and full recovery.

← ALL INDUSTRIES

Public Health, NGO & Academic Research

Vaccination campaigns, screening programs, registries and university-led studies running where procurement, import and IT support are the hard part.

THE PROBLEM

Programs are funded in grant cycles and run where import, procurement and connectivity are genuinely difficult. Equipment delays cost coverage, not just schedule.  Owning inventory consumes unbudgeted resources to procure, manage and cycle as devices age out. Academic research groups face the same pattern: grant-funded studies with no dedicated device IT, needing devices for the study period only.

TYPICAL USERS

Community health workers, program monitoring and evaluation, registry data collection, and investigator-initiated, observational and cohort research teams.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— In-country procurement avoiding long import chains
— Provisioning and lock-down for shared or rotating device use
— Connectivity in low-infrastructure regions
— Distribution and recovery across dispersed field teams
— Reporting suitable for funder and program audits
— Study-period deployments for academic and investigator-initiated research
— Clinexion-owned and managed devices mean your teams aren't consuming valuable time dealing with device ownership.

Built for budget-conscious campaigns where logistics is the constraint.

Field Services & Infrastructure

Contractors, inspectors and technicians issued devices per job or per site, returned and re-provisioned between deployments.

THE PROBLEM

Fleets churn as crews rotate and contracts mobilize and demobilize. Every cycle needs wipe, re-provision, re-issue and an accurate record of who holds what.

TYPICAL USERS

Work order management, inspection capture, proof of service and dispatch.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— Re-provisioning between deployments at depot
— Wipe, reset and redeploy
— Device counts that flex with contract volume
— Connectivity pooled across the fleet
— Portal visibility of allocation by crew and site

Suited to fleets that mobilize and demobilize constantly.

Market Research & Field Data

Panels and interviewer fleets deployed for a defined window, where paying for devices only while they are active is the whole economics.

THE PROBLEM

A wave needs hundreds of devices for an eight-week fielding period with a planned staggered deployment, then a step-down return period over the following six months. Buying the fleet is the wrong shape for the work.

TYPICAL USERS

Survey fielding, diary studies and in-home panels — fieldwork and panel operations.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— Devices for the fielding period, billed while active
— Configuration locked to the survey or diary app
— Shipment to the team in the field, returns managed on demand via the Clinexion Client Portal.
— Connectivity included to supplement data connectivity when Wi-Fi may not be available.
— Wipe and reconciliation at the close of fieldwork

Pay only through the fielding period — why purchase when you don't have to?

Clinical Sites & Physician Practices

Clinics, hospitals and practices running day-to-day operations on tablets, deployed and managed centrally instead of bought off the shelf and tied to one person’s app store login.

THE PROBLEM

Tablets bought from Amazon or a big-box store arrive unconfigured, and every app install runs through one staff member’s personal app store credentials. When that person leaves, access to apps, updates and the device itself leaves with them.

TYPICAL USERS

Front desk check-in and intake, patient education, clinical staff workflows and site operations.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— Business-grade devices sourced and provisioned to your configuration
— Centralized app management through MDM, independent of any one user’s account
— Lock-down to approved apps, with remote updates and wipe
— Replacement and swap-out through the depot network
— Client Portal visibility of every device by location

Devices your organization needs, administrative controls and app store logins managed centrally.

Home Health

Nurses, therapists and aides visiting patients at home, carrying phones and tablets that need to work, stay secure and stay connected wherever the visit is.

THE PROBLEM

Clinicians move between homes with unreliable Wi-Fi, and devices are lost, broken or leave with departing staff. Agencies end up managing hardware instead of care.

TYPICAL USERS

Visit documentation, scheduling and visit verification, telehealth check-ins and care coordination.

WHAT CLINEXION PROVIDES
— Devices provisioned and shipped direct to field clinicians
— Lock-down to approved apps with remote wipe on loss
— SIM and eSIM connectivity where home Wi-Fi is unreliable
— Onboarding and offboarding swaps as staff join and leave
— Client Portal visibility by branch and clinician

Built for care delivered outside the four walls.
